All products listed for sale in our e-shop are in stock, so we are able to ensure very fast delivery. If a customer places an order before 13:00 on a weekday, we will deliver the goods to the supplier the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 are dispatched the next working day. The goods usually arrive at the customer's premises within 1-3 working days.

You can pay for your goods by prepayment using a bank card or online bank transfer, or by postpayment. Post-paid means that the goods are paid for only when you receive them. In other words, when you receive the goods at an Omniva kiosk, you have to pay at the kiosk itself with your bank card via a card terminal. Also, if you receive the goods by courier, you can pay by bank card at the time of delivery.

When you place an order, you will receive an email with all the details of your order - the product name, price, delivery and payment details. When we process the item for dispatch, the buyer also receives a tracking code.

Our e-shop offers products at significant discounts. This is only possible because we don't have a physical store, which allows us to cut costs. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect goods on site. We invite you to take advantage of the convenience of online shopping!

To use the discount, you must enter the code in the space provided in the Shopping cart section. At that point, the discount will be automatically calculated and applied to your purchase. To receive discounts, please sign up for the best offers by email. You will find this form in the footer of our e-shop.

Unlike many, our shop offers a 45-day return period. This means that we take full responsibility for the quality and high quality of our entire product range. Please refer to our returns policy for further information.

Because we process orders and dispatch goods very quickly, cancellations are limited. Current day orders can only be cancelled until 13:00 (on weekdays) by email, so please be responsible with your order!
