WellStore.online protects the privacy of its customers and users. Based on this, we have developed this privacy policy, which governs the collection, publication, use, storage and transfer of customer data. Our e-store complies with the legislation of the European Union and the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Collection and use of personal data
Personal data is information collected by WellStore online shop when a customer places an order or when communicating with a customer.
The collection of personal data of regular customers is carried out as follows:
- By providing contact details (name, surname, telephone number, email address, postal address) on our website.
- Through a registered customer's e-shop account or by using cookies.
Use of personal data collected
Using the personal data collected, we can inform customers about WellStore product news and promotions. A customer who does not wish to be on our customer list or to be informed about products that may be of interest to them may remove themselves from the database at any time. Customers can unsubscribe from the newsletter by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the footer of the email. If a customer wishes to unsubscribe from receiving SMS notifications, they should contact customer support electronically. We also use the personal data collected to deliver the goods and to fulfil our obligations to the customer.
In order to better serve the customer, WellStore may disclose information about individual users to a third party that provides the WellStore online service and is contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information shared. Examples of third parties include transportation service partners.
Your rights regarding the processing of personal data
You have the right to be informed about the processing of personal data to the extent provided for by the Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable laws. You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be stopped, rectified, blocked, erased and transferred. If you discover that your rights are violated in the processing of your personal data, you have the right to apply to the Data Protection Inspectorate or to the courts, unless otherwise provided by law. You have the right to claim damages on the basis of and in accordance with applicable law.
Data security and access
Personal data is stored on EetaSoft (Eeva business software) servers located in the territory of a member state of the European Union or in countries that are members of the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries that have a level of data protection assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to US companies that have joined the Privacy Shield. Access to personal data is available to employees of the online shop, who may access personal information in order to resolve technical problems related to the use of the online shop and to provide customer support. The Online Shop implements appropriate physical, organisational and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access and disclosure. The transfer of personal data to authorised partners of the online shop (such as transport providers and data storage companies) is subject to the online shop's contract and agreements with authorised employees. The authorised persons shall ensure appropriate security measures for the processing of personal data.
Access to and rectification of personal data
Personal data can be accessed and corrected in your online shop user profile. If the purchase is made through a user account, the personal data can be accessed with the customer's approval.
Withdrawal of consent
If personal data is processed with the consent of the customer, the customer has the right to withdraw consent by notifying the Customer Support Centre by email.
Storage
Personal data will be deleted upon termination of the online shop customer account, unless it is necessary to maintain such data for accounting or consumer dispute resolution purposes. If a purchase is made in the online shop without using a customer account, the purchase history will be kept for three years. In the case of payment and consumer disputes, personal data shall be kept until the claim has been settled or the limitation period has expired. Personal data necessary for accounting purposes shall be kept for seven years.
Deletion
To delete your personal information, please contact Customer Support by email. The deletion request will be responded to within a maximum of one month, indicating the period of deletion.
Privacy policy terms and changes
By starting to use the WellStore website or by completing the loyalty application, customers agree that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. We have the right to change the general terms and conditions of our privacy policy if necessary by notifying all our regular customers.
