The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchased goods within 45 days from the date of the order without giving a reason for the return. We will refund the amount paid within 30 working days for goods returned in unused condition (without signs of use). The customer is only entitled to a refund for the goods purchased. We will not refund for additional services such as priority dispatch, parcel insurance and collection fees. In addition, the customer is obliged to pay all shipping costs, i.e. both shipping and return costs according to the shipping costs at the time of purchase.
